About
About Dr. Sarah Ho (she/her)
I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist licensed to practice in the state of Washington.
I strive to build strong relationships with my patients and to provide comprehensive, individualized, evidence-based care. I believe that taking care of the body requires taking care of the mind, and vice versa. I believe in the power of therapy, whether it's for gaining skills to cope with the ups and downs that are a part of normal life, or for having a safe space to explore parts of ourselves that we may have been hesitant to face alone. Medications can be helpful for some, and unhelpful for others; necessary for some, and unnecessary for others. I work with patients to determine which is right for you. Ultimately the choice is up to you, and I am here to provide you with the information you need to make the best decision for yourself. My goal is to help you feel like you again.
I chose the name Collaborative Psychiatry for my practice to highlight my approach to patient care: you are the specialist in you, I am the specialist in psychiatry, and together we will come up with a treatment plan that fits your life.
